Dietry pancakes


Ingredients for 10 pancakes:


     - 10 tablespoons wheat
     - 1 whole egg (for amino acids)
     - 5 egg whites
     - 1 vanilla sugar
     - 250 ml. low fat milk or sparkling mineral water
     - 1 tablespoon cocoa or 1 scoop Whey protein chocolate



All ingredients are placed in a bowl and move the mixer for 2-3 minutes, and if necessary, add milk. But the pancakes must be filled with something inside, it will propose the following recipe for the filling:


     - 2 medium sized apples
     - 3 small spoons of honey
     - cinnamon


Apples are grated or chopped in small cubes and place in a bowl where the honey is added and the mixture is mixed, and finally add cinnamon on its own weight. Use Teflon pan, you do not use oil. We hope you liked the recipe and you will include in your diet.
